Housekeeping Standards
  • The toilet, sink, tub and floor of bathrooms will be regularly cleaned and kept in a sanitary condition.
  • Dishes, pots, pans and other utensils used in food preparation and consumption will be regularly washed soon after use and stored when not in use.
  • The kitchen floor will be regularly washed and kept free of food and accumulations of dirt.
  • The stove, refrigerator and kitchen sink will be kept free from foods not in containers (except as appropriate to their normal use) and will be regularly cleaned and kept free from grease, food spills and accumulations of dirt.
  • The floors throughout the house will be regularly cleaned and kept free from food and accumulations of dirt.
  • The interior of the apartment will generally be kept in a clean and livable condition.
  • The yard will be kept clean of all debris, trash and litter.
  • Inside and outside wall must be kept free from writing.
  • No nails, screws, fasteners, bolts, etc will be used on the walls and Management will be notified if pictures and/or mirrors are hung.
  • Absolutely NOTHING should be stored in the hot water closet.
  • The refrigerator motor is small and therefore, the freezer cannot be over packed with frozen foods. Over packing covers the fan and this prevents foods from freezing properly.
  • If the Management discovers during inspection, damaged screens, leaking faucets, etc., a work order will be made for repairs and the Tenant will be charged accordingly.
  • No feather painting or dark colors. All walls must remain white.
